Rights. GDPR grants you the following potential rights related to the processing of your personal data:

- right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority,
- right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, if you have given such consent.

I assure you that I take all security and personal data protection measures required by the personal data protection regulations. Personal data is collected with due diligence and adequately protected against access by unauthorized persons.
Your data may be processed by my subcontractors, i.e., entities whose services I use for data processing and providing services or fulfilling orders on your behalf.
All entities to whom I entrust the processing of personal data guarantee the application of appropriate measures for the protection and security of personal data required by law.
Purposes and Processing Activities
Orders.
When placing an order, you must provide data necessary for order fulfillment, such as name, billing address, email address. If you place an order within the scope of business activity, you must provide the company name, registered office address, and tax identification number. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to place an order.
Data provided in connection with the order are processed for the purpose of order fulfillment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), issuing an invoice (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), including the invoice in the accounting documentation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), and for archival and statistical purposes (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Order data will be processed for the time necessary to complete the order and then until the expiration of the limitation period for claims arising from the concluded contract. Additionally, after this period, the data may still be processed for statistical purposes. Please also note that I am obliged to keep invoices with your personal data for a period of 5 years from the end of the tax year in which the tax obligation arose.
In the case of order data, you do not have the possibility to correct this data after the order has been completed. You also cannot object to the processing of data or request deletion of data until the limitation period for claims arising from the concluded contract expires. Similarly, you cannot object to the processing of data or request deletion of data contained in invoices. After the limitation period for claims arising from the concluded contract expires, you can object to the processing of your data for statistical purposes and also request deletion of your data from my database.
In relation to order data, you also have the right to data portability as referred to in Art. 20 of the GDPR.
Contact.
By contacting me via email, you naturally provide me with your email address as the sender's address. In addition, you may also include other personal data in the message content. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to establish contact.
Your data in this case are processed for the purpose of contacting you, and the legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, i.e., your consent resulting from initiating contact. The legal basis for processing after contact is concluded is a legitimate interest in the form of archiving correspondence for the purpose of demonstrating its course in the future (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The content of correspondence may be subject to archiving, and I am unable to clearly specify when it will be deleted. You have the right to request the presentation of the history of correspondence you have conducted with me (if it has been archived) and also request its deletion, unless its archiving is justified by my overriding interest, e.g., defense against potential claims from you.

Social media tools.
My website uses plugins and other social media tools provided by social media services such as Facebook, Pinterest, Youtube, Google+, Google Analytics.
By displaying my website containing such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of social media administrators (service providers). The content of the plugin is transmitted directly from the respective service provider to your browser and integrated into the website. Thanks to this integration, service providers receive information that your browser has displayed my website, even if you do not have a profile with the respective service provider or are not currently logged in to it. This information (along with your IP address) is transmitted directly to the server of the respective service provider by your browser and stored there.
If you are logged in to one of the social media services, the respective service provider can directly assign the visit to my website to your profile on the respective social media service.
If you use a particular plugin, e.g., by clicking the "Like" or "Share" button, the relevant information will also be sent directly to the server of the respective service provider and stored there.
If you do not want social media services to assign data collected during visits to my website directly to your profile on the respective social media service, you must log out of that service before visiting our website. You can also completely prevent the loading of plugins on the website by using appropriate extensions for your browser, e.g., script blocking.
Logs
Using the website involves sending queries to the server on which the website is stored. Each query directed to the server is saved in server logs. Logs include, among others, your IP address, server date and time, information about the web browser and operating system you use. Logs are saved and stored on the server. Data stored in server logs are not associated with specific persons using the website and are not used by me to identify you. Server logs are only auxiliary material used to administer the website, and their content is not disclosed to anyone other than persons authorized to administer the server.
